About me - well there's not that much to tell. I love pizza and I love cooking and eating! Why the "Pizza Apothecary"? Well I'm a pharmacist (Apothecarist!) by trade, but I've always loved to cook. I've always stepped up to cook for big parties in the family, whether the humble summer family barbecue or the full on Christmas feast so when the opportunity to buy my beloved pizza oven arose the natural progression was to feed my entire family and friends with pizza until they exploded. The comments that came back were "Why aren't you doing this for a living?" and "This has ruined Domino's for me" (other fine brands of pizza are available!!) and "You should be doing festivals!!", so here I am, dipping my toe and pizza peel into the art of making people happy with food!
